The Doctors consulting from Blacktown Family Medical Centre are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, cost effective medical care. The Doctors may BULK BILL their patients with a valid Australian Medicare Card.
Private Fees:
If you do not have a valid Medicare Card, your will charge a consultation fee in their discretion. To understand your doctor’s fees prior to your appointment, please contact us so that we can gather this information from your doctor. As guidance, a standard GP consultation fee is often in the order of $80 and long consultations is often in the order of $110.
Your doctor may charge an initial NEW Patient fee and charges for completion of Forms and various documents.
Additional fees may be billed by your Doctor for:

Payments:
We have EFTPOS facility onsite.
GAP fees or out of pocket cost may be charged by your doctor, a referred Specialist, Allied Health Services, Radiology and Pathology Services.
