The practice email is used for internal communication, accounts and general business information only. Please do not send emails to the practice for any request related to your health records. Request for referrals, loss of script, forms, medical certificates related enquiries, please book to speak or see your GP. We do not and cannot respond to these requests via email. Due to high volume of phone calls, we do not check or respond to emails until the end of the day. For all urgent enquiries, please contact the practice or book to see your GP in regards to all your health needs and records.

Should you need to see your Doctor please arrive at least 45 mins prior to the end of consultation hours. There is no guarantee that your Doctor will be available.
Due to unforeseen circumstances consultation hours may end earlier than the time advertised. Your Doctor apologises for any inconvenience.

Booking an Appointment
Please call the practice for appointment availability for patients of Dr Montana Ducic and Dr Hemant Kumar and Dr Maria Kamal (These doctors do not accept new patients).
If bookings are made and you do not call in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment your Doctor may not allow you to re-book any future appointments. Last minute cancellation within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $50.

Please note: due to the nature of medical services, Bookings is an indication of the time you arrive at the practice and generally may not be seen at the time an appointment is made. Emergencies and urgent medical attention may be prioritized by your Doctor hence will cause delays. Should there be extreme delays, your Doctor will inform us and our staff will update you on their behalf.
